West London based natural skincare company is looking to recruit a part time assistant to work 3 days a week (Mon-Weds-Fri but can discuss flexibility) on a permanent self-employed basis.
Would suit someone who is local and looking for an entry level or second job with an interest in beauty, wellness, social media, making skincare, marketing and design in a start-up environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing orders: packaging and posting online orders.
Customer service: responding to customer queries.
Production: making, bottling, labelling and boxing products in bulk.
Social media: creating a social media brand plan including shooting, scheduling and responding to social media posts.
Planning and attending events and meetings.
Working closely with the founder to fulfil wholesale orders.
Ad hoc duties such as keeping the studio tidy, ordering supplies, general admin and assistance.
Key requirements are:
Good communication skill
Good computer skills
Knowledge of the beauty industry
Knowledge of social media
Attention to detail
Responsible and mature
Ability to work alone and meet deadlines
This job is on a permanent, self employed basis. You will invoice us on a monthly basis and will be paid every month on the same day.
