We are looking for a hard working, trustworthy, person with positive, can do attitude that is a reliable and skilled maintenance operative. Must be able to work on own initiative. Minimum experience in building maintenance two years or more. Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to. Ensure accuracy of maintenance documentation.
Must have good command of the English language and communication skills, punctual and excellent customer service skills.
Duties to include basic plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, decorating, and repairs to residential properties.
Must have own tools and transport.
All applicants must have full ID / Eligibility to work in the UK, CSCS registration card and clean driving license. References essential.
Successful applicant will be on a competitive wage of £26,000 per annum.
