Are you an ambitious Landscaper who has the ability to supervise and work with a small team and ensure high standards across projects ranging from 3 days to 12 weeks?
Reporting to the Landscape Manager, the landscapers/foreman are responsible for leading a team of landscapers to ensure productive and quality workmanship on hard and some soft landscaping installations from setting up site to snagging and sign off.
To be considered for the position you must have good working knowledge of all aspects of landscaping in both residential and commercial projects. You should have previous experience managing a small team as well as good organisational skills. Good motivational and time management skills will also be required.
A full driving license is required and CSCS Card is preferred, but not essential
ROLE: Deliver the implementation of high quality landscape build skills including drainage, site preparation, joinery, paving, boundaries including walls and fences and soft landscape finishes including turf installation and mature tree planting.
SITES: A range of sites demanding a high level of client communication and respect ranging from high end urban development to suburban landscapes with a varied range of clients from residential homeowners to multinational retailers and property developers.
Salary negotiable based on skills, commitment and experience. Annual KPI bonus, Private health care and subsidised gym membership (after 1 year service), Vehicle, phone, tools, workwear and opportunities to grow your career provided!
