To be eligible to be considered for this position, you must :
Be knowledgeable and experienced in some aspects of construction for some years
Know names of a lot of construction tools used in all building trades
Be intelligent, not necessarily educated (although that helps), and very willing and able to learn quickly
Be 100% reliable and 100% honest
Be hardworking, strong and fit
Be fluent in English, if not actually English
Be mature, responsible, confident and professional in attitude
Be exceptionally clean, tidy and organised
Be observant, analytical and thorough
Be friendly, calm, patient and philosophical
Be polite, articulate and well-mannered with a good sense of humour
Be able to start as soon as possible
