Skilled Labourer - trainee site manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Labourer with a need to progress within the construction industry to join our team for a long term position based on one of our sites in Coulsdon (near Croydon).

The appropriate candidate will have prolonged experience within the building and construction industries as well as a genuine need to further their career. We offer extensive on the job training as well as support that allows easy progression to leadership roles within our company for the right candidate.

We are a young yet highly successful development company with several important housing projects already underway. We deliver high quality yet affordable new homes to a increasingly demanding housing market.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further themselves and join us on our high rising journey. We  predominantly require that you speak fluent English and have notable experience within; excavations, groundwork, concreting, brickwork and structural works. A driving license is a bonus as well as owning your own tool kit.
