We are looking for a skilled Chef who enjoys food and has experience cooking in a busy 30 cover restaurant.  You must be able to lead the shift in the absence of the head chef along with good working practices.
We have just installed a new kitchen which is ideal for our new menu.  The menu has a European flavour with an American appeal and is aimed at the local neighbourhood market.
You must be able to speak excellent English and have at least 2 years experience working on all sections.
We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Hours of operation  8am - 10.30pm Monday - Friday and  9am - 10.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
