Sites Supervisor Needed in London

The Role :
To supervise hospitality sites providing high level of support to on site staff ensuring site records are up to date, training and inductions are carried out with new recruits and issues are reported and followed up immediately.
Scheduler Responsibilities
- To manage all rotas and ensure all shifts are covered
- To communicate effectively with clients and employees
- To provide rapid response to requests for emergency cover
- To process all client requests in a timely fashion
-To deal with any complaints and negative feedback
- To provide training
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Conducting site visits to offer on-site staff support and guidance to effectively carry on their duties.
- To ensure site records are kept up to date in terms of insurance certificates, site instructions, risk assessments, emergency contact details and information.
- Site checks on employees to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Monitor site consumables, draw up a purchase order and follow up on the deliveries.
- To ensure all company equipment on site is in good working order and recommend repairs and replacement. To keep the inventory on sites up to date.
- Ensure all on site staff is uniformed and groomed.
- Provide instructions and inductions for new recruits.
- Any other reasonable responsibilities as per Management request.
Requirements
- Sharp eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skill with the staff on sites
- Being discreet and professional
- Self-motivated and flexible
- Good time management
- Previous experience in supervisory role
- Flexible with working hours
- Able to work as part of a team
