Qualifications:
CSCS Compulsory, SSSTS or SMSTS required but training can be given for the successful candidates.
Tasks:
- Ensure the plot readiness and check measures are carried out and liaise with all corresponding contractors to allow for on time deliveries and plot readiness.
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored securely, advising the Operations Manager of any missing or damaged items.
- Complete in-process and final inspections in line with the company’s procedures.
- Raise detailed snag lists to assist in training of the subcontractors, completing the snag at the time of inspection wherever possible.
- Record and report and accidents or dangerous occurrences as required.
- Liaise with the client, resident and site manager to deliver best in class service.
- Attend to service calls and remedial works as required.
- Attend site meetings and recommend/agree key contract methods and milestones as requested by the Operations Manager and Site teams.
- To ensure all risk assessments and method statements are available for the contract.
-To promote and implement relevant Company policies and procedures.
- To represent the Company in a professional manner.
- To maintain all Health, Safety, Quality and environmental standards within the workplace and adhere to all Company working practices.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.
