We are working on a project in central London and looking for a site supervisor for the site. You must be experience in supervising and ensure trades on site are performing as expected and delivering a great job. The site is residential and you will be responsible for:
Health and Safety on site
Supervising contractors
Organising deliveries
Order materials as required.
Co-ordinating with the building managers and main contractor.
Ensuring drawings are available on site and kept up to date.
Assist in finding trades we require on site.
Submitting receipts for materials purchased.
Submitting  timesheets for trades plus yourself on site.

You will be self employed and should be registered with HMRC as self employed.
