Site Supervisor/ Manager3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Supervisor/ Manager (on the tools) to work on a permanent basis for a Fit Out/ Refurbishment Contractor. Your New Company The London based company were established in the 2013 and operate in the hospitality, residential, commercial and retail sectors with particular focus on Hotels. They aim to provide a courteous, expedient, professional service to their clients Your New Role:This role will require you to work across the country with travel and accommodation paid for (typically 4 days on, 4 days off) and you will be responsible for;* Supervising construction activities* Ensuring works are carried out in a safely manner (regular toolbox talks, daily prestart briefing, electrical and work equipment inspection and register, supervising etc.)* Ensuring that contractors' activities are co-ordinated and carried out in accordance with plans and specifications* Organising material and equipment supply to be delivered on time* Ensuring that tasks are completed on time to the required quality standard What We Need From You:To be successful in this position you must demonstrate longevity with previous employers and have experience working on internal in a Supervisor/ Management position. It would also be adventurous to have an SMSTS/ SSSTS and First Aid.
