Diamond are currently working with a number of top Tier companies who have a number of exciting commercial projects that require experienced Site Supervisors in London.
The Role
* Working for a facilities maintenance company you will provide leadership, management and development of your team ensuring operational commitments are met and exceeded.
* Responsible for the H and S of the sites and engineers.
* Plan PPM schedules for sites and ensure its is carries out in accordance with manufacturers guidelines.
* Responsible for the return of PPM and work related documentation
* Man management of day engineers and shift team members.
* Provide mechanical technical support to to engineers, help desk and clients.
* Responsible for fast and effective procurement of materials and services.
* Ensure weekly tasks have been completed and reports produced.
* Assist engineers with carrying out PPM.
* Attend all statutory works.
* First point of contact for all in hour shift issues/concerns and in the escalation path for all mechanical incidents.
* Responsible for the production and distribution of weekly reports in conjunction with site manager.
Requirements
* Pervious managerial and/or supervisory experience
* Previous experience of Building Services Maintenance.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed.
Personal Characteristics
* Good verbal communication and written english skills, highly analytical and creative.
* Numerate and computer literate.
* Able to work under pressure and make decisions when needed.
* Physically fit and able to carry tools/equipment up to 20kg.
* Able to work at height and on roofs.
