We are representing a client which specialises in Commercial Food Retail Fit Out Projects. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to jump on board their construction team and help to deliver some fast track retail fit out projects. The programs will be 10-14 days and the hours will consist of 12 hours per day (minimum). The locations of the projects will vary from Central London to across the UK due to the volume of projects that need to be completed. The rate is negotiable.
Project:
• Fast Track Retail Food Fit Out Projects
• Location: Central London, South East London, Birmingham (Accommodation will be provided if necessary)
• Length: 10-14 Day Programs
• Hours: 12 Hours (Minimum)
• Start Date: as soon as possible
• Day Rate/Hourly Rate: Negotiable (Temp to Perm)
Candidate:
Due to the nature of the Client and the project, a Site Manager with experience in working on fast-track fit out projects will be preferable. As well as this suitable candidates should have the following:
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid (3 day)
- PASMA
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Warden
- PCMP (this is a course that can be arranged)
