Qualified and experienced Site Manager with Electrical qualifications required to start as soon as possible working on projects in and around Kingston-Upon-Thames. It is anticipated that there will be ongoing work until the end of the year.As the Electrical Site Manager you will be involved in several small scale construction or refurbishment projects on commercial buildings ranging from GBP50,000 = GBP250,000 in value. Summary* Position - Electrical Site Manager* Temporary Contract starting in August* Circa GBP250-300 per day pay all inclusive including travel expenses* Ongoing work - long term contract* Working on refurbishment projects with a large element of Electrical Building Services* Must have SMSTS, 1st aid and Asbestos Awareness and Electrical Qualifications* Must have industry recognised qualifications in Electrical Building Services or Electrical EngineeringAs the appointed Site Manager you will hold the SMSTS qualification and will be responsible for;* Health and safety management* Construction phase management* Site take offs and procurement Requirements* SMSTS is a must* Previous experience of working as a Site Manager is essential* The ideal candidate will have Electrical qualifications.
