Site manager required to run a lovely craft beer pub serving good food. You will be confident have an outgoing personality and capable of running an enthusiastic team. You will need to be organised and particular about all aspects of pub management. You will be expected to abide by all the company's policies and procedures and be able to produce results that match the company's expectations. You must have a personal license and be versed in all aspects of licensing law and Health and Safety. You will have a supportive team including a marketing person who will work closely with you in driving trade to the outlet and have regular meetings with a company director to monitor and assist your progress.
