Our client is in the market for a Site Foreman to work on the following contract:
Luxury Penthouse refurbishment
Located in Mayfair
16 week run
Starting mid-May
Requirements are as follows:
A carpentry background is essential
SSSTS and First Aid are preferred, but not essential
You will ideally have a proven track record of working for contractors within the high end residential sector
Duties to include:
Supervising trades and labour on site
Liaising with the contracts/projects manager as required
Rates are negotiable
8 hours per day Monday to Friday
