Fruity Tunes is Music Services Company operating in Wandsworth, South London. We hold music sessions for parents and toddlers in local halls and provide music services for nurseries and schools, also in the local area.
The position is to lead music lessons in nurseries and schools.
The contract is permanent. You will need to be available to work on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday daytime (school hours). It is 16 hours per week, term-time only.
The role involves teaching group music lessons for nursery, and foundation age children. You will be travelling between various schools and nurseries in the Battersea and Clapham South area, with guitar and equipment, so your own transportation is preferable although not essential.
Please state if you possess a car and a valid drivers license, the company will provide expenses for car use.

- Be able to play the guitar and sing
- A CRB/DBS will be applied for so candidate must have no previous convictions
- Be eligible to work in UK
- Be able to start work in Battersea at 9am.
Lessons involve teaching children’s songs via singing with both guitar and backing tracks, when utilizing visual learning aids. The focus of each lesson is to engage the children with a musical activity, and begin teaching basics of musicianship and theory. experience working with young children is advantageous, your enjoyment of children's company is essential, and training will be provided.
