This role is working on a very famous old steam train. There are a variety of shifts, usually between 2-5 days per week, and anything from around 9 hours - 15 hours per day! There is plenty of breaks which are paid on the longer shifts. On board the train there is usually a very high end fine dining breakfast lunch or dinner whilst the passengers enjoy the ride! This is an incredible opportunity for a hardworking, reliable waiter/waitress. Applicants must have strong experience working in front of house roles, either in hospitality or in al a Carte restaurants. Silver service experience is preferable but not essential. The uniform is not provided, so you must have a black shirt, black trousers and black shoes. However there are also VIP events, which will require a white shirt, with a waistcoat and tie.
