Description:
- Man access control
- Sign visitors in and out
- Monitor and operate CCTV system
- Answer telephone calls in the Gate house and Radio base station.
- Issue keys, keep sing in/out log up to date.
-Carry out lock up/unlock procedures
- Carry out site patrols and check specific points as instructed by the client.
- Detect and prevent fire, flood, damage and theft.
- Assist in evacuation case
- Complete daily reports
- Comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
- Car Parking when required
- Receive deliveries

Required skills:
- Sharp eye for detail
- Passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of IT / Office /Excel and Word.
- Able to cope with pressure
- Able to multi task and still deliver a top quality service.
- Driving Licence
- Able to work under a full confidentiality agreement.
- SIA Licence
