We are currently looking for a concierge to assist within front desk and security for a large residential building. Your job will be responsible for providing a first point of contact and security for residents, whilst fostering and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, prospects, service providers and contractors. The successful person will have strong communication and customer service skills and prior concierge experience working within a Residential block.
Responsibilities:
Providing first contact and safeguarding to residents. This includes a high level of customer service, recognising safety concerns, identifying and reporting risks to people, report writing and providing handovers.
Control access to the building, monitor CCTV systems, carry out regular patrols and health and safety checks and deal with emergencies.
An awareness of those residents at high risk and provide special safeguards for their specific medical needs.
To provide a high level of customer service to residents, contractors and other guests.
To actively ensure the security of the building.
To take action in the event of a fire or emergency and calling the emergency services as appropriate.
Administrative duties such as completing duty logs, checklists and handovers in line with company procedures.
Work cooperatively and effectively with the team to provide and efficient and positive service to all residents.
To participate in supervisions, appraisals and training as appropriate and to take active responsibility for developing skills and knowledge.
