SHOWROOM and MARKETING COORDINATOR
LONDON BASED | FULL TIME
Hermione Harbutt is a luxury bridal and red carpet accessories brand, seeking to recruit a full time Showroom and Marketing Coordinator for their boutique in Kensington. The brand is recognised for creating exquisite, British made couture accessories, with an exceptional reputation for customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the luxury/bridal retail sector, taking pride in representing and promoting luxury products; be interested in being part of a highly motivated, passionate and friendly team, working within a lovely ambience and with beautiful products.
Responsibilities:
Boutique:
Involvement in the day to day running of a boutique shop premises
Corresponding with brides and clients and providing one to one consultations
Having an excellent understanding of the couture process, and the options available to the client
Upkeep of sales information, orders, accounts and documentation
Creating beautiful window displays and keeping the premises clean and tidy
Reporting to Head Office regularly and implementing any actions required
Marketing:
Producing cut outs, style books, look books and printed literature
Producing creative posts for social media
Newsletter (mailchimp) handling for Media/Press and Stylists
Updating the website and social media platforms
Organisation and coordination of events, exhibitions and photo shoots
Arranging sample loans for press and carrying out other marketing and PR duties
Proactively identifying and actioning opportunities for growth
Requirements:
experience in the luxury/bridal retail sector
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic, proactive and well organised
Passionate about fashion and customer service
Ability to be a brand ambassador and exude a love for the products
Well presented with a warm and friendly manner, whilst providing an extremely professional service
A customer focused approach with an innate understanding of quality customer service, ensuring a luxury experience for the customer and excellent after sales care
Ability to follow directions and demonstrate initiative
Ability to be flexible, with a can-do attitude
Self motivated and able to work independently whilst having sole charge of the boutique
Broad knowledge of social media platforms with an awareness of current trends
Proficient in PhotoShop and use of Mac Book
Immediate start preferred
Five days a week, Tues-Saturday
Salary: Competitive.
