Family in Kensal Rise, NW London is seeking live in au pair / housekeeper from April – July.
With both parents working we need help looking after our two daughters aged 8 and 6 along with general housekeeping duties.
The role would include:

Some mornings help get the girls ready for school and doing school drop offs.
During the day there would be general housekeeping duties including cleaning the house, being responsible for the washing and ironing, changing the beds and generally running the home.
After school duties include school pick ups, taking the girls to after school activities, supervising playdates and help with homework.   Plus cooking a fresh and healthy meal for the girls each evening.
Ad hoc duties such as running errands, light sewing and mending and prepping food for the whole family.

The ideal candidate:

As the parents are out all day you must be someone who is happy to organise your own work load and not need instructions.    You should take pride in your work, be house-proud and take initiative.

You must love children, be comfortable and confident in providing discipline and structure for them, whilst being warm and loving.

Ideally you would be someone how has worked as an au pair/housekeeper in a private home previously and you should have experience of working with children of a similar age.

You will need to speak reasonable to good English.

You must be reliable, trustworthy and have a happy personality.

What we offer:

approximately. 30 hour per week, Monday to Friday.  Plus babysitting1to 2 nights a week.  All bills and meal included.  £180 per week.
