About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities
Front of house
Be the first and last point of contact for your building.
Cover the front desk during business hours.
Greet and check-in member guests
Greet people who come in for tours, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails.
Manage Member check-ins and check-outs
Answer “walk-up” member and guest questions or refer to Community Manager.

Membership Management
Solve member-related issues
Be active on the Workers League member network to ensure members getting full benefits of the platform.

Events Management
Events experience a strong advantage for this role.
Promote events to the community and externally.
Assist with set-up and breakdown of events.
Building Operations and Management
Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets.
Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience.
Ensuring the building is clean and well kept- working to designated check lists.
Ordering consumables
Submit building receipts to the Community Lead and the Community Manager for expense reports.
Post and Package responsibilities as needed.
Identify issues for escalation to the Community Manager.

Candidate

University graduate preferred, but not required.
Co working/Serviced Office experience a plus.
Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
Good with people
Good organiser
Passion for start up communities
