Part time shop worker/bakery assistant needed for organic, artisan bakery in South London. We are a small independent artisan bakery near Clapham North tube ( www.oldpostofficebakery.co.uk) that needs someone to work Wednesdays and Saturdays running our busy shop, and helping to produce our baked goods. We make a full range of bakery products on site: Yeasted, sourdough, continental and British breads, cakes and pastries, using quality ingredients and artisan techniques with no artificial additives. The right applicant must be committed, enthusiastic, hard working and friendly. Retail and/or catering experience in a similar environment is helpful. The successful applicant will have a chance to work with a great team in a creative, welcoming, community minded environment. The current job is for 20 hours but there is always the opportunity to do extra shifts, and having the flexibility to work more will be an advantage to any candidates.
