We are looking for a full-time sales assistant to join our growing business which is a grooming accessories shop in the prestigious area of St James.We require a person to be well presented, articulate, polite, with a good command of the English language and confident about selling and dealing with different nationalities.
The candidate must be computer literate, punctual and committed to the role..It is important to understand that we are a small independent retail shop in a very luxurious area and you must feel comfortable in this sector You must accept the fact that working in St James demands a classical look and you must dress accordingly.
Italian, French or Spanish language would be very useful.
Training about the products will be provided but you will be expected to learn about men's grooming as knowledge is the best sales tool.
Duties will include:
·         Welcome and give advice to customers.
·         Ensure goods are well displayed.
·         Handle payments
·         Arrange ordering and delivery
·         Receive deliveries from suppliers.
·         Keep the shop floor clean and tidy.
It always helps at interview if you have a special skill which you feel you could bring to the job which will make you stand out from the other interviewees.
Different shifts available from 10am- 7pm, 9am- 6pm, 11am- 8pm, with 1 h break.
You will also be asked to work at weekends. 2 days off a week.
