An exciting opportunity to join a Vegan and Nutritional Health based brand in the early stages of development, as part-time and self-employed. With potential full-time work for the summer after a successful three months probation period. The successful candidate will join us in our newly established premises in heart of Kingston upon Thames ancient market.
This role is ideal for a creative individual that wishes to gain further experience in the catering industry, community market engagement and nutritional health. Someone who feels engaged in making a contributing towards sharing plant food education and natural health information. The appropriate candidate will be motivated in the kitchen, be a responsible team player, prove reliable and be keen to learn. They will retain a motivation to gain experience in a growing natural health catering business and the community market industry.

experience: Good customers service skills and experience required. A strong interest in nutrition, plant food and veganism. Being vegan is preferred, though not essential. Full training is provided, however, great communication skills and teamwork is necessary with a passion for sharing nutritional health through social media platforms.
Responsibilities and duties: The role will include engaging with members of the Kingston community, raising awareness on vegan products and sharing an interest for plant food and desserts. The role involves creating natural juices, desserts, food and cleaning in our kitchen space. You will learn to produce exciting plant based foods, craft desserts, work closely with and learn directly from a raw food and vegan chef. The position will also require dedicated weekend work in the Kingston Market premises facing customers and engaging with the community.
Location:  Weekend work in Kingston Market and some weekdays in the out-house kitchen located in Hounslow. Travel expenses will be covered, depending on location distance.
Benefits: Will meet minimum national wage plus other bonuses, as a self-employed contractor responsible for own NI-tax contributions.
