Rachel Riley Ltd is currently recruiting for Part-Time Shift Supervisor on Maternity cover/ends October 2022. Fixed 3 days per week shifts available Thursday/Friday/Saturday 9.45am-6.30pm, plus overtime available during busy periods/holidays. The ideal applicant will have solid experience in customer service and proven track record of exceeding sales targets, be flexible and available for sick/holiday cover on other days of the week.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service according to Rachel Riley standards,
Actively work with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying, re-pricing and merchandising per company's guidelines, to maximize selling opportunities in time appropriate manner.
Process sales, exchanges, returns on the till, issue end of the day reports and cash up execute reductions, price changes,
Assist in loss prevention and safety for the store and partner with store management as needed.
Work effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, till point, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained.
Ensure that all opening/closing procedures are followed up to company's standards.
You will have good communication and organizational skills, be able to multi-task in fats paced environment,  lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods of time, engage in repetitive  motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.)  for a short distance,
Available to start immediately, there is an opportunity for permanent position after the maternity cover for the right candidate.
