Fresh from winning the 2021 Independent Café of the year, TRADE is recruiting for a talented individual with two or more years experience of working in a fast-paced high quality coffee shop or restaurant. We are ideally looking for a candidate with a fantastic personality, and committed to delivering great customer service.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, informal service and delicious food and drinks. The responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor will be to ensure the smoothness of the running of their shifts, managing the customers experience, ensuring company standards are adhered to always, on hand to train less experienced staff members and deal with any issues as and when they arise.
We are ideally looking for an individual wishing to develop a career in the hospitality industry. Our company will be expanding in the not too distant future and for the right person this position could lead onto becoming a general manager.
