Shakes and Co - London, is a popular dessert parlor in Willesden, north west London. We are growing our client base exponentially and want to hire 2 additional barista and cafe assistants to join our vibrant team. Our store hours:
Monday - Thursday: 12PM-11PM
Friday - Sunday: 12PM-Midnight
During summer period, extra 1 hour on closing times.
Salary: Hourly rate @ £7.50 - £8.00 p/h + bonuses.
Shifts: 8-26 hours available per week / including weekends and evenings.
PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS FOR FEMALE STAFF ONLY.
Staff are required to be flexible in both dates and times.
Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills and the ability to adapt to customers needs.
- Ability to solve problems that may arise from customers orders and have knowledge about the products.
- Ability to interact with customers and maintain a friendly environment
- Ability to be a team player and work as a cohesive unit
- Ability to be flexible with hours given.
- Have experience working at a cafe/dessert parlor or a restaurant
- Have adequate knowledge about food safety and personal hygiene.
Job Description:
- To make desserts from our menu including waffles, sundaes, milkshakes.
- To take customer orders, enter them and assist team members in making the dessert.
- To ensure that all check lists are completely followed during opening and closing shifts.
- To take on instructions from supervisors and management well.
