Due to our expansion and some internal movement we are on the lookout for an honest, hardworking and passionate Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team in the heart of Soho.
Ideal Person:
- Experienced as an Assistant Manager in a casual dining, high volume, fresh-food restaurant
- Real passion for maintaining the highest standards of service and customer experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as their own initiative
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong leader with the ability to lead and develop a large team
- Adherence with legal compliance (H and S, FS etc)

Due to the nature of the business the role requires flexibility - 7 shifts based over 5 days, including daytime, evenings and weekends.
