Salisbury Support 4 Autism Ltd provides specialist support services for people with Autism and complex needs in various settings: Residential Services, Supported Living, Out Reach and Day Services.
We require talented and dedicated individuals to join our skilled and passionate team. These roles involve managing services for individuals with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour to live a high quality of life through specialist support in a Support Living Home.
It involve developing a staff team to work together effectively building further skills and practices to enhance the service users’ lives. It requires working professionally with a multi-disciplinary team and parents and carers as well as ensuring compliance with the regulatory body. It requires individuals to work closely with Senior Management to support the Company with its planned growth ensuring quality is not affected.
To be considered this role you will need to evidence:
- Technical knowledge and experience of working with individuals with Autism and complexneeds.
-NVQ 3 or equivalent
-Preferably a degree in a relevant area
-Knowledge and experience of working with challenging behaviour.
- At least 2 year’s experience of managing a team with demonstrable leadership skills.
-You will also need strong organisational and time management skills.
- experience and knowledge of working with CQC.
