Service Desk Coordinator Job

Serviceteam provides a personalised service to a number of headline property management companies where attention to detail and prompt response is of paramount importance.
You will be joining a team focused on reactive and planned maintenance, organising customer appointments, and scheduling work for engineer’s in order to meet operational demand in the most productive, efficient and cost effective way.
Responsibilities:
• Organising and scheduling works that have been instructed.
• Liaising with suppliers to source parts and place orders.
• Updating customers with the engineers report.
• Responding to all email queries.
The Candidates – must:
• Be able to show initiative.
• Be Adaptable.
• Have the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Work in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• Have good personal organisation and record keeping skills.
• Have robust telephone communication skills and be able to manage all client expectations.
• Be a quick learner and one who is eager to excel in their role.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Be able to keep calm under pressure and meet targets.
• Be a good communicator, with a clear speaking voice.
• Have good keyboard skills and attention to detail in order to accurately input information data.

Starting salary £16,000 - £20,000 plus over time/bonus.
