Service Desk Controller
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintaining the Service Desk
• Undertake incoming calls
• Record all daily jobs using service CEO
• Give all jobs to engineers
• Attend to customer queries
• Maintain proper filling of all customers documents
2. Chasing Parts and ordering parts
• Source parts from suppliers
• Create Estimate for customers
• Create Purchase orders for Suppliers
• Order parts and make payments to suppliers
• Attend to suppliers queries
• Maintain proper filling of all purchase ledger documents
3. Maintaining Engineers Fills
• Process all engineer’s worksheet daily capture on system.
• Match all engineers’ worksheets to office paper work.
• Past all complete paper to the accounts department
• Keep a record of all credit card payment to suppliers
4. Reporting duties
• Weekly workload report submitted to MD every Friday
• Weekly report on card payments
• Weekly analysis of petty cash payments
5. Source new customer for company data base.
Offer
Full Time Position
Monday to Friday
Time: 8am to 5pm with 1 hours lunch unpaid
£8:00 per hour
28 days holiday.
