Service Advisor / Office Receptionist
We are looking for an `experienced` Service Advisor with previous experience in the Motor Trade to join the team at our small busy workshops in Hampton, Middlesex.
Applicants must be well presented, enthusiastic and self motivated, have excellent communication skills for this customer facing roll. A good general knowledge of cars very advantageous.
The ability to work calmly in a stressful environment and liaise with parts suppliers, workshop staff, sub contractors and customers. Applicants should have a clean driving licence.
Job roll will include ( but is not limited to ) - Opening and closing the office daily (8am - 5.30pm M-F) ( Saturday 8.30 - 12.30) managing bookings , job sheets, parts ordering, bookings, customer liaison, invoicing , cash handling and some clerical duties. CVs ONLY - In first instance.
