Grind and Co. Are group of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops with unique character and we’re growing fast! We now have 9 amazing sites across Central and East London, each smashing out coffee, cocktails and food day to night, and last year we opened our own roastery and training lab in Shoreditch. The atmosphere in Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality and always the best service. THE ROLE
Shoreditch Grind is the original Grind! Housed in a perfectly round building on Old Street Roundabout, this site has become a bit of an East London institution. The role will be working on the floor and tills, giving excellent customer service to our regulars and new faces whilst bringing all the vibe and fun. Floor staff will be paid up to £8.50 per hour dependent on experience and will have a chance to go through our extensive coffee and cocktail training where you will learn everything you need to know to have an amazing time working for us!
