We have an exciting position for a hard working new server. We are looking for a talented individual who is ready to make their service stamp on the London food scene, for the launch of our independently owned, restaurant, Pickled Fred, focusing on Asian-inspired small plates, flatbread, pickles and cocktails.

The position would suit someone who has worked in fast-paced, (potentially Asian based) restaurants and wants to make their way up to management within 6 months - 1 year.
You will be working alongside experienced hospitality individuals, to be part of a unique and innovative new opening with an original food and drinks concept.
You will need to have at least 2 years' experience and a passion for working with and promoting delicious plates of food and drinks which use fresh ingredients.
Key roles, responsibilities and skills include:-
- Knowledge and passion for delivering an exciting food offering.
- Strong communication skills essential.
- Working and liaising with clients, staff and local suppliers.
- Ensuring all company procedures are adhered to with regards to health and safety, hygiene and licensing.
- Manage and oversee the food quality from the kitchen to ensure standards and customer expectations are met.
- In time take responsibility for running the floor in the manager's absence.
- Willingness to work as part of a team, combining floor, bar and kitchen.
- Knowledge of pan-Asian cuisine preferred, but not essential.
