SEO.co.uk is an ambitious, nationally recognised digital marketing agency with an excellent reputation, and are currently recruiting for a new Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.
We've experienced significant growth over the past few years and and are looking for an experienced sales professional based near London to help grow our client base further.
This role will ideally suit someone from an agency digital sales background and offers no cap on commission! The role will be predominantly office and field-based with travel expected to businesses in and around London and Greater London.
Your responsibilities will be to build your own pipeline of ongoing leads via prospecting and networking to develop sales of digital marketing solutions. These include SEO (search engine optimisation), Social Media Advertising and PPC (pay per click management).
Business Development Manager Duties Include:
Proactively developing own sales pipeline to promote the benefits of digital marketing and convert new business into the company.
Weekly prospecting to set targets.
Managing own sales pipeline and generating new business.
Developing sales proposals in conjunction with proposal manager and presenting to prospects.
Networking in your area. Promoting the digital marketing capabilities of the agency, suggesting areas of improvement and maximising sales wherever possible.
Looking after established clients, ensuring repeat business and identifying up selling opportunities. Attending client meetings when required.
Skills Required:
Solid and proven B2B sales experience backed up by results.
experience within a similar role in the agency marketing space (desired, but not essential).
Interest and knowledge of digital marketing, the trends, methods and emerging technologies.
Have self-motivation and the desire to exceed set targets and objectives.
Superb communication skills, both verbally and written.
Have a strong and well established network to bring to the role.
