The Lodge Hotel is a stunning hotel in leafy Putney, South West London and are recruiting for a Senior waitress/waiter or Restaurant /Bar supervisor for this fresh operation.
There are also roles available for other waiting staff to work at this beautiful Hotel.
The Role
The restaurant / Bar is part and apart from the hotel, you will be expected to run services, implement working strategies and on-going training of staff, Rota, etc as well as working with other shift supervisors.
You will be hands on and be able to run shifts as part of a team or on your own when required, delivering, implementing and following the standards.
The concept is fresh food, following new trends.
The Person
You will be, focused, passionate and well organised with the ability to handle pressure and running all aspects of front of house while communicating with the head of department and waiting team.
Ideal candidate will have worked in a fresh produce or fast paced environment.
A good level of English is required to communicate at this level.
The Rewards
The salary or Hourly rate is depending on experience starting from £9.50PH
There is a great opportunity for growth into restaurant manager.
