Brother Marcus is a new Restaurant in Angel. We have one site in Balham, which has been open for 2 years.
Our focus is: coffee, brunch in the day and sharing plates in the evening, with a good cocktail and wine list. Obviously good service throughout.
Our food is all responsibly and locally sourced. We take great care in the taste and presentation to make sure our reputation as one of the best brunch spots in London is maintained.
What we are looking:
-At Least 2 years of Foh experience
- A good understanding of wine, cocktails and coffee.
Someone who is:
- Energetic
- Friendly
- Hardworking
- Committed and focused
- Someone with hobbies and other interests.

We can offer:
- Competitive pay
-40-50 Hours PW
- Must be able to work both weekend days!
