About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Waiter to join the restaurant team here at Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

To assist and supervise Junior Waiters.
To take guest orders and process correctly and speedily in the most courteous way.
To undertake cashiering duties and take responsibility for the record of all items on bills, present bills to guests, collect and process payments whilst adhering to the correct credit policies.
To actively “up sell” to enable revenues to meet budget forecast.
To look after their station, in order to ensure correct procedures and standards are maintained.
To have a good knowledge of the menu and styles of service.
To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
To precisely requisition all food, wine and liquor stores.
To assist in the building of an efficient team of colleagues by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
To ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role
Good level of English
Be friendly, approachable and professional.
A passion for customer service
