Senior Sushi Chef
The kitchen brigade is now looking for experienced Senior Sushi Chef to join our successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are passionate and enthusiastic about food.
You will work alongside the Head Sushi Chef in the brigade ensuring the quality and detail of the sushi compliment remains at an elevated level at all times.

The Ideal candidate for Sous Pastry Chef:

Previous experience as Sushi Chef in a similar environment.
experience working in a fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage.
Exposure to Japanese/Peruvian/Nikei cuisine is advantageous, but not essential.
Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday.
Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality.
