We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Stylist to join an expanding and modern Hair and Beauty Company in London.

Responsibilities
• Deliver all hairdressing services in line with the agreed services standards of the Salon;
• Ensure the Salon is operating to time to maximize commercial profitability;
• Minimise customer complaints by ensure all services are delivered to the agreed standards;
• Promote actively the sale of products and maintain a consistent high level of retail sales;
• Act as an ambassador driving continuous improving;
• Undergo any self-development and training as necessary for success in the role;
• Strong work ethic.
Requirements
• Qualified to minimum NVQ level 2;
• Competent in cutting, styling, colouring and all aspects of hairdressing;
• UK Citizen or have a valid UK work permit;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Previous Wella/Sebastian/Nioxin knowledge/experience advantageous.
