Our studios are unique, boutique and trendy, an environment that supports a healthier body, mind and inner-self. By creating a unique social hub where clients can support other clients, our environment fosters an exclusive atmosphere, promoting social support and encouragement.
Our clients journey starts with an initial consultation with one of our Group Class Trainers, where our team get to know the client’s goals and prescribe the class style to match the client’s needs and requirements. Our client’s training is supported by regular Results Check-Ins, where we support the client to achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
Sessions are unique to Movers and Shapers and run across different training zones throughout the day, with most classes lasting just 30 minutes. Our USP is that our classes are small and personalised, ensuring that our clients are encouraged to gain maximum results.

An individual that can demonstrate a friendly and professional manner at all times whilst striving to deliver exceptional levels of service to our clients.
An individual that can lead by example and assist in managing a team of Group Class Trainers to deliver exceptional service standards and strive towards improving client satisfaction levels.
An individual that can personally deliver high levels of client service through interaction of all clients in the studio.  Through the delivery of high service standards, you will maximize member retention and drive client satisfaction levels.
An individual that can assist focusing and supervising a team of Group Class Trainers, who have a strong focus and bright personalities, to ensure they meet the requirements and expectations of the studio to guarantee client satisfaction.
