An amazing opportunity has come up for a Senior Sous Chef in our busy fresh food concept in Balham and Streatham.
We are looking for an experienced Sous to join our team in The Exhibit Bars Ltd. 'The Exhibit' in Balham is a large 3 floor bar, restaurant, cinema, garden and event space. This September we are opening a fantastic brand new site 'Exhibit B' in Streatham.
You will be a strong team player, with high volume fresh food experience, confident on running all sections of the kitchen, be able to take control of the pass, organise and run kitchen service should it be required in the head chef's absence.
You will be responsible for all aspects of food safety, health and safety, and due diligence, as well as training CDPs and Commis working with you.
As an independent venue, you will also have input into menu creation with the head chef.
