BOBs Lobster is an award winning street food concept and event catering specialist recently opening its first permanent indoor site and seafood bar within the brand new eating and drinking market Giant Robot, Canary Wharf. With further growth and restaurant opening later in the year, Bob's Lobster is now looking to expand its team to cope with the demand and add some new passion and creativity into the kitchen. The role is for a senior sous chef supporting the head chef as his right hand person, managing the kitchen, ensuring consistency as well as helping to lead, train the rest of the team and be responsible for ordering to dish creation and line cooking.
