We are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the team working within our stunningly restored gastro pub, The Ealing Park Tavern. Ealing Park Tavern serves innovative modern British pub cuisine, utilising the finest in seasonal ingredients The British Isles has to offer, led by Head Chef Nick Ward.We offer: •8 shifts per week•Quality British ingredients•Regular menu changes•Supportive training and professional development from site level to Head Office•Opportunities for progression throughout the group•Discounts when dining throughout the group•Supportive training and professional development from site level to Head Office•Opportunities for progression throughout the group•Discounts when dining throughout the group•The successful Senior Sous Chef will be help in leading the team, developing themselves and the junior chefs further, and assisting the Head Chef with menu development and creation of daily specials.
