Salary: 32K per annum
Working Pattern: 5 over 7 days/ 45 hours per week

Overall Purpose of the Job:
This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and unique venue in central London.
Responsible for day to day running of A la Carte, fine dining club restaurant for up to 65 guests and brasserie, bar and court yard menus for more informal dining.
We are looking for someone to bring innovation and attention to detail in our menus and dishes for all areas.
Mostly Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner in one of the best Private Members Clubs in London.
The successful candidate will have a passion for great quality fresh food, based around modern cooking techniques and quality ingredients.
You will assist the Executive chef in the running of the kitchen, including execution of events, managing the brigade, Kitchen Rotas, HACCP, Ordering and Stock Rotation.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a strong and passionate chef, able to work to a high standard, with a great attention to detail.
This is a busy events space so you would need to be self-motivated and flexible.
You will be, well presented, reliable and punctual.
Desire experience:
The role would suit someone with Head Chef experience or a strong and ambitious Sous Chef looking to further their career.
Fine dining and events experience is preferred, although not essential.
