The food is traditional pub style with the Chef having autonomy of the menus based on the nature of the business They also serve breakfast for the guests and public and the business takes around 5k pw on food and busiest times are M-F and quieter at the weekends They would like a Senior Sous Chef who can take complete control of the kitchen, write the menus, bringing fresh and exciting ideas. The Senior Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, including the training and development of the team with 5-6 chefs, stock control, costings, health and safety, and general admin duties. Work stability is essential for this position and a proven career path within quality food led establishments.
