We are looking for 2 Senior Sous Chefs to work within our Gunpowder and Gul and Sepoy restaurants.
Our Senior Sous Chefs work alongside our Head Chef and Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including: overseeing staff; aiding with menu preparation; ensuring food quality and freshness; and monitoring ordering and stocking. They will also provide assurance that the quality and consistency of all meals are at the highest standard by following designated recipes.
Our Senior Sous Chefs lead the kitchen teams in the Head Chef's absence, providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members relating to line cooking, food preparation and dish plating.
