The Gastro style restaurant heavily features seasonal game utilising a chargrill and rotisserie aswell as lots of wild fish and seafoodAs senior sous chef you will be working in a total team of 14 chefs alongside the Head chef The restaurant is busy for both lunch and dinner serving up to 150 covers per service so you would ideally have volume experience cooking to a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standards experience in kitchen paperwork is required at this level and you will be required to hit the ground running as Senior Sous Chef Must have an intrinsic understanding of British seasonal cooking, game and butchery The company offers long term prospects and is still growing steadily with a portfolio of over 10 sites now in London You must have proven work stability and match the client's criteria to be considered for short listing Senior Sous Chef- GBP36,000 for 8 shifts per week.
