We’re looking for a Senior Sous to join our growing innovative kitchen team and we hope you’re it, that, you, well, you know what I mean…we hope reading this will make you want to be part of an innovative, fast paced, food driven pub co.
I’m Tim, I’m Head of Being Awesome at Yummy and it’s my job to go fishing for talent to join us. I own Yummy with another couple of loons, but owning it is nothing special, seeing our people evolve and excel in our business is what makes us tick. Without the people in Yummy we own six very beautiful buildings, with no soul.
So, about you…
We’re looking for a Sous Chef role to Bolster our team, able to adapt to new changes and passionate about General Practitioner ’s and fresh food. In the current market of ‘pub’ kitchens, we think we’re pretty unique. It’s not boil in the bag stuff although sous vide is a big part of our process. We buy in chips and cod frozen, Oh and handmade Gelato from some friends we have down in Brighton, but that’s about it. The rest is fresh prep, using +230 suppliers, knowing where everything comes from, the farms, the fields, the sea.
You may already be in a similar role at the moment or stepping up, or just fancy a new challenge.
